🧰 A. Sharpening Process – Explain the "How"

Break down your process into simple, professional steps. This shows you’re not just sharpening blades—you’re restoring performance with precision.

Sample Process Description:

1. Inspection & Cleaning:
Each blade is inspected for missing teeth, chips, or warping. We remove resin, sap, and debris to prepare for sharpening.

2. Laser-Guided Sharpening:
We use precision laser alignment systems to restore factory bevel angles on every tooth, ensuring consistency across the entire blade or chain.

3. Tooth Profiling & Tip Work:
For carbide-tipped or specialty blades, we inspect each tooth for damage and replace tips if needed. Custom tooth profiles (ATB, TCG, FTG, etc.) are honored.

4. Balancing & Final Polish:
Each blade is balanced to prevent wobble and chatter. We finish with a polish to reduce friction and increase blade lifespan.

5. Service Summary Included:
A digital service log is added to your customer portal, including condition before service, repairs made, and any recommendations.

⏱️ B. Turnaround Time – Set Expectations Clearly

Customers care about speed—especially professionals. Be transparent.
